FAQ

Am I able to make a change to or cancel my order?

Because we ship so quickly (typically same day), sometimes it's too late to make changes or cancel, but just email us at rugconcierge@sfrugs.com and we'll make any necessary changes or cancellation that we can before your order is shipped.

What shipping methods are available for my order?

SF Rugs ships via FED Ex. All orders are shipped for FREE in US & Canada. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our rugs are packed and shipped within 1 day of completed payment. 

Sometimes sooner, just because that’s how we roll. You can see a "no later than" ship date on your receipt page, and you'll receive a confirmation email when it does ship, so be on the lookout for that in the inbox of the email address associated with your account.

Your rug will arrive at your doorstep 3-5 business days after shipment via FedEx. Although FedEx is pretty darn good about sticking to their timeline, there's always a chance of postal mishaps and crazy weather, so please be sure to order in plenty of time.

What is SF Rugs return policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

How should I return my rug if I don’t like it?

Please pack and ship the rug the way it was sent. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
