We stand behind the quality, descriptions, and photos of our rugs. That's why we ship all of rugs within 1 business day of your order AND we offer an easy, no-questions-asked money back guarantee on every rug you buy from us.

How much is shipping?

All of our vintage and antique rugs orders over $500+ ship for FREE to our US and Canada customers. International customers pay a small $99.99 shipping cost to the countries we serve around the world. If you are placing an international order,  please contact us before purchasing.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We pack, ship, and inspect all rugs within 1 business day if you place your order before 11AM PST. If you order after 11AM PST, we will ship your rug the next day business day.

For US and Canada orders, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for your rug to get to your doorstep from the day you place your order. 

What if I need my item faster?

We can arrange to rush ship your rug via Fed Ex for a very reasonable fee. Rush shipping usually gets your rug to your doorstep in 1-2 days. Just contact us at rugconcierge@sfrugs.com and we'll handle everything.

What method of shipping do you offer?

We ship items via USPS Priority, FedEx Ground and Express Saver. We choose the shipping method that will get your rug to you the quickest.

What about shipping insurance for the rugs, what if my rug gets lost during transit?

We have you covered! We include shipping insurance on all of our rug orders for FREE. That means, all of our rugs are shipped insured. So no matter what happens during transit, we've got you covered! 

Our shipping insurance does not cover package theft once a confirmed package delivery is made.

What if my rug is too small, the wrong color, or just doesn't fit my decor - can I return it?

Yes! Every vintage and antique rug you buy on SF Rugs comes with an "Easy, No-Questions-Asked" Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you don't like your rug, contact us within 2 business days of your rug's arrival.

Once your return is approved, just print the shipping label we will provide and send your rug back in the same condition it was sent within 5 business days after you receive your rug.

Once we get the rug back, we will refund your purchase MINUS a 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs. Both the return shipping costs + 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Although, we stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions and photos we understand how different things look online and in your space. We've been there, we get it.

Just let us know as soon you receive the item and return the item in original, unused condition. Make sure to provide us with the tracking number of the return package.

Instead of a refund, I saw another rug on your site that I'd like instead, can I exchange the rug?

Yes! Just let us know within 2 business days after you receive your rug and we will ask you to send your rug back in the same condition it was sent.
