We stand behind the quality, descriptions, and photos of our rugs. That's why we ship all of rugs for free within 1 day of your order AND we offer an easy, no-questions-asked money back guarantee on every rug you buy from us.

How much is shipping?

All of our vintage and antique rugs ship FREE to US and Canada.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We pack and ship all rugs the same day if you order before 4PM PST. If you order after 4PM PST, we will ship your rug the next day.

For US and Canada orders, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for your rug to get to your doorstep. 

What if I need my item faster?

We can arrange to rush ship your rug via Fed Ex for a very reasonable fee. Rush shipping usually gets your rug to your doorstep in 1-2 days. Just contact us at and we'll handle everything.

What method of shipping do you offer?

We ship items via FedEx Ground and Express Saver.

What about insurance?

All of our rugs are shipped insured. We've got you covered!

What if my rug is too small, the wrong color, or just doesn't fit my decor - can I return it?

Yes! Every vintage and antique rug you buy on SF Rugs comes with an "Easy, No-Questions-Asked" Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you don't like your rug, contact us within 2 business days of your rug's arrival.

Once your return is approved, just print the shipping label we will provide and send your back in the same condition it was sent within 6 business days after you receive your rug and we will refund you.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. There is a also small $20 return fee for every rug. Both the return shipping + restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Although, we stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions and photos we understand how different things look online and in your space. We've been there, we get it.

Just let me know as soon you receive the item and return the item in original, unused condition. Make sure to provide me with the tracking number of the return package.

Instead of a full refund, I saw another rug on your site that I'd like instead, can I exchange the rug?

Yes! Just let us know within 2 business days after you receive your rug and we will ask you to send your rug back in the same condition it was sent. We'll exchange it for the rug you want on our site. Easy peasy!
